Real Bowflex Treadmill Customer Testimonials

The Bowflex Treadmill has been out for a while now, giving verified buyers a chance to put it to the test. So far, the feedback has been extremely positive.

Here’s what a few of the Bowflex Treadmill reviews had to say:

Absolutely fabulous! Top notch treadmill! I use to go to the gym to use the treadmill and if I can compare the BXT 216 with one from the gym I would say the Bowflex is the same like those machines. The deck is so sturdy but at the same time very smooth! The treadmill construction is like a rock, with a very beautiful screen…The belt is very thick and you can fell immediately the quality on this [machine]. I am very happy because I chose the Bowflex BXT 216 over the Nordic Track or Pro Form. One of the best investments! -Tony

I run on this treadmill everyday. It is one of the quietest treadmill beds ever. The Bluetooth capability is so convenient. I love running to my favorite tunes while cataloging my progress. The speed and incline buttons on both the handles and the dash are thoughtfully placed and the built in fan offers a nice addition to my cool downs! Overall great machine and happy to have it in my life 🙂 -Jennifer

What a fine machine they put together! It’s everything I need in a treadmill! -Jim

This is the top-of-the-line treadmill from Bowflex, and it really isn’t lacking anything you’d be looking for in a great workout machine. It has all of the quality and sophistication you’ve come to expect from Bowflex, including premium-level features and performance.

T216 Specs

  • 11 Pre-Programmed Workouts
  • 12 MPH Top Speed
  • 15 Percent Incline
  • Bluetooth Ready
  • SoftDrop Folding System
  • Syncs with Free Results Series App
  • Max User Weight: 400 LBS
  • 4.0 CHP Motor

The T216 is anchored by a 4.0 CHP motor, giving it a slight power advantage over the T116. The more powerful motor provides for a quiet run, while delivering peak performance and durability that should allow it to last for many years.

Simply put, a continuous horsepower motor is going to provide you with a better workout, and the 216’s 4.0 is as good as it gets.

The T116 is the most affordable treadmill that Bowflex makes, but that doesn’t mean that it’s lacking quality, looks, or functionality.

The T116 has a lot of features typically reserved for treadmills that cost $2000 or more, so this is an excellent value, in my opinion.

T116 Specs

  • 9 Pre-Programmed Workouts
  • Bluetooth Ready
  • Syncs with Free Results Series App
  • SoftDrop Folding System
  • 3-Ply, 2.5 MM Belt (Super Durable)
  • 12 MPH Top Speed
  • 15 Percent Incline
  • Max User Weight: 375 LBS
  • 3.75 CHP Motor
  • Dimensions: 84.6″ L x 36.3″ W x 55.2″ H
  • Total Machine Weight: 280 LBS
  • 2 Year Warranty

With the BXT 116, you can walk or run your way to amazing shape. The T116 was designed to exceed the specs and features of other machines in its class.

Even though it is priced at a budget-friendly $1499, it has plenty of the bells and whistles including a USB charging port, their trademarked Comfort Tech deck cushioning system, a media rack, a caloric burn rate console, and built-in speakers.

BXT116 vs. BXT216: Which One Should You Buy?

The new Bowflex treadmills are very easy to store

Ultimately, you know your budget and fitness needs and should know best which of these treadmills will work best for you. There are a few factors, though, that may help make your buying decision a bit easier.

In terms of size, they have the same dimensions, so they will take up the same amount of space in your room, apartment, or office. While the T216 weighs a bit more, it can handle up to 400 LBS of user weight, so it’s going to be able to accommodate more people.

It also features a slightly more powerful motor, which is something to consider if you’re planning to put a lot of miles on it.

Shipping is Free with the BXT216

In my opinion, this is one of the biggest things to consider when you’re deciding between the T116 or the T216.

If you buy the 116 you will have to pay their $99 standard shipping fee.

Now, this isn’t a huge price to pay considering how heavy a treadmill is, but it adds almost $100 to your order. On the other hand, if you buy the T216 you get FREE shipping.

When you factor in the money you save on shipping, the T216 really only costs about $100 more than the 116 – making it a great value, in my opinion.

For me, it’s worth the extra hundred bucks to get their top-of-the-line treadmill. Even though both machines area great, the 216 has a few more premium-level features that definitely make it worth the extra $100.

Based on all of these factors, I would recommend buying the BXT216, if you can afford the additional money. You’re not going to disappointed with the additional features, and in the long run I think you’ll be happy you spent a little more money to get the nicer machine.
